Working as a team has its own rewards. You can go farther and stay moving longer than solo drivers can. Additional miles add up to more money for teams. Plus, having someone you’ve come to know and trust means quite a lot when you are out on the road. It’s an opportunity like no other. That’s why we are hiring experienced teams from all 48 states and offering excellent income for coast-to-coast team lanes.
As a team driver you’ll be hauling all types of freight for a variety of customers. Many of our customers have consistent lanes so we do offer dedicated lanes when they become available. GTS provides freight logistical services across most modes of transportation, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, expedite, and oversize loads. Our tractors are 3 years old or less. We have a full-service, heavy-duty truck repair shop, and 24/7 maintenance assistance is available.
TEAM PAY
- 30% per gross
- $74 CPM
- Paid on All Miles
- Performance, Referral, and Safety Bonus Programs
- Weekly settlements with direct deposit
- Monthly safety bonus $1000
- Average gross income is $2000+ per week
EQUIPMENT
- All GTS trucks are 2022-2023 Freightliners and Volvos
- Equipped with Inverters, APUs, and Refrigerators
